Mistakes made during project setup can linger for the entire project or grow into much larger problems as the project progresses. For those reasons, it is extremely important to understand how the admin system works – especially roles and permissions. It is critical that during the setup of the project, these roles and permissions are defined appropriately. Otherwise, some team members may not have access to the information they need, or some team members have access to the information you do not want them to have.
In this session, we will look at how to set up projects in BIM 360, including team member roles and permissions. We will also look at creating a folder structure in Document Management and controlling who can access the folders.
